1. Information we collect
Depending on your interactions, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, purchase and transaction history, products viewed or added to a cart, customer service communications, marketing preferences and consent records, website activity, IP address, browser and device information, and information you submit through forms, events, or promotions. Payment processors may handle payment details; we generally do not retain complete payment card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use this information to process purchases, payments, returns, consignments, pickups, and deliveries; provide receipts and service updates; answer inquiries; maintain accounts and transaction records; operate and improve our stores and website; personalize products and offers; send marketing emails or texts with appropriate consent; send service messages and permitted cart reminders; protect against fraud; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

These disclosures do not change the restrictions on mobile information and SMS consent above.

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain transaction and consent records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal and accounting duties. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, although no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
8. Your choices and California privacy rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using their link, reply STOP to opt out of text messages, contact us about your preferences, or manage cookies through your browser or available website controls. We may still send permitted communications necessary to service a transaction.
California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy laws to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and, where applicable, to opt out of sale or sharing. 9. Children
Our website and marketing programs are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information and will take appropriate steps to delete it if we learn that we have done so in violation of applicable law.
