Mobile Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Ethnee Group LLC dba Consign & Design Grand Bazaar (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Program and consent

By affirmatively opting in and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Ethnee Group LLC dba Consign & Design Grand Bazaar at that number. Messages may use automated technology where permitted by law. They may include promotions, sales, events, new arrivals in furniture, rugs, antiques, and home accessories, store news, cart reminders, and order, pickup, delivery, or customer service updates, according to the consent you provide. Marketing text consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.

2. Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier or location.

3. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation. We will not send further marketing texts unless you consent again. Reply HELP for assistance, call 619-517-8340, or email welcome@consigndesignsd.com.

4. Privacy

We will not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging and telecommunications service providers may process this information solely to operate the program on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Cart reminders

If we offer online checkout and you consent to marketing texts, cookies or similar technologies may identify an abandoned cart or checkout and be used to send a reminder.

6. Your number and changes

Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use. If you change or discontinue the number, unsubscribe when reasonably possible. We may revise these terms and post an updated version; we will obtain any additional consent required by law.
