Returns and cancellations

This policy is intended for purchases and services from the store named on your receipt:

Retail purchases

All retail sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind after purchase. Please inspect merchandise before paying and review the description and condition stated on your receipt. Vintage, antique, and preowned items may show age and wear.

All merchandise is sold “as is,” in its condition at the time of purchase. Please inspect each item before paying. We do not provide a separate store warranty unless one is expressly given in writing. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Rug cleaning and repairs

Our usual cleaning process involves handwashing with cold water and mild soap, followed by natural drying. We cannot guarantee stain removal. Some rugs, especially older rugs or those with unstable dyes, may fade or bleed during cleaning. We will discuss any condition concerns we identify before proceeding when practical. Cleaning generally takes about two weeks; repairs may take longer. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.

We will contact you when the work is ready. Please pick up your rug within five days after we notify you it is ready. Storage fees may apply after that time. If it remains unclaimed for 90 days after the work is completed, we may consider it abandoned. After providing the required notice, we will donate or dispose of it.

Bookings and cancellations

All booking fees are nonrefundable. The booking fee and any cancellation charge are disclosed before you confirm your appointment or service. We do not refund booking fees if you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend. Services already performed remain payable. Any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law still apply.
